Integrations

Integrations for the tools you already use.

GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Stripe, Klaviyo, Gmail, Slack and anything with an API. The guides below explain how we connect them, including when the simpler or cheaper tool is the right choice.

How we choose

Three questions before we pick a tool.

Answer these first, and the platform choice usually makes itself.

Who maintains this in a year?

If it's someone non-technical on your team, we pick the tool they can read. If it's an engineer, we can build for more power.

How many steps, how many runs?

Steps times volume decides the monthly bill. Some platforms charge per step, some per run. We work out the cost before we build.

Where is the data allowed to live?

If sensitive data has to stay on your own servers, you need a tool you can host yourself. That rules out most options right away.

Coverage

What we connect, day to day

Anything with an API is reachable. These are the ones that come up most.

  • Automation platforms: n8n (self-hosted and cloud), Zapier, Make
  • CRM: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Airtable as a lightweight CRM
  • Payments: Stripe
  • Email and SMS: Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Gmail, Mailgun, Twilio
  • Ads and lead sources: Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, website forms, landing page builders
  • Data and storage: PostgreSQL, Google Sheets, Airtable, data warehouses
  • AI: LLM enrichment and classification, AI agents, voice agents for inbound and outbound calls
  • Custom: any REST or GraphQL API, including internal tools with no connector in any platform

If your stack is not listed, it is unlikely to be a problem. When there is no pre-made connector, we build directly against the API. See the projects we've built for what that looks like in practice, or the services for the processes we work on.

FAQ

Integration questions

Which automation platform do you recommend?

n8n for most builds, because clients own it outright, it is self-hostable, and it does not bill per task. We recommend Zapier when a small non-technical team will maintain the automation themselves, and Make when canvas readability matters more than the ceiling.

Do you only work with the tools listed here?

No. These are the integrations we are asked for most often. In practice anything with an API can be connected, including internal tools with no pre-built connector.

Can you fix or take over an existing automation setup?

Yes. Those projects usually start with an audit of what is already running: what overlaps, what silently fails, what is burning tasks doing something the platform does natively for free.

Do you charge a monthly retainer for integrations?

No. Pricing is project-based. You pay for the system, you own it, and there is no ongoing fee unless you specifically want continued support.

How do I know which integration I actually need?

Tell us where work waits, where someone retypes data, or where nobody knows what happened. On a 30-minute call we'll tell you which tools to connect, and how.

Already have the tools? We'll connect them.

Describe where work waits or where someone retypes data between systems. We'll map what should be connected, and what to leave alone.
