This Privacy Policy explains how Heaq Digital ("we", "us") handles information when you visit heaqdigital.com.

Information we collect

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, work email and company name.

Business and process information. The form also asks which business area your request involves, whether you are starting from a known problem or a process, a description of what you want to improve, and optionally the systems involved and any other notes or links you add. This describes your business, but it can contain personal data if you include it. Please do not send passwords, API keys, or personal data about your own customers through the form.

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to us by email. We use this information only to understand your request and reply to it.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) and a few interactions, such as clicks on booking or email links and contact form submissions. For a form submission we record which business area was selected, not what you wrote. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data in aggregate. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

How we use information

We use the information described above to respond to inquiries, improve the website, and understand which content is useful to visitors. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-party services

The site uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy: Google Analytics (analytics), Web3Forms (contact form processing), Calendly (call scheduling, if you choose to book), and Simple Icons (a CDN that serves some tool logos on the site). Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. Links to LinkedIn open LinkedIn, which has its own policy.

Cookies

Cookies on this site are used by Google Analytics for measurement purposes. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; the site remains fully functional without them.

Data retention

Contact form messages are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention setting.
